The first week the sessions that will be delivered is about multiculturalism,Cross Cultural Shock and the country presentation of the intern's country. Also there will be a small AIESEC introduction.
The first week the sessions that will be delivered is about multiculturalism,Cross Cultural Shock and the country presentation of the intern's country. Also there will be a small AIESEC introduction. The intern will be accompanied with an LC member 2nd Week.During the first part the intern will show how they should work in a team (team building) and at the second part he/she will co-ordinate interacti games(trust building) 3rd week.Delivery of sessions for soft and hard skills: as time management,public speaking and presentation skills,effective communication and project management 4th week.Workshop on Education system and how it works here and interns country
