Job Details:

GIRP is currently accepting applications from highly motivated undergraduate/graduate candidates seeking a 6-months internship, starting in September 2015. 
Candidates should show practical skills, high motivation for work, flexibility, dynamic attitude, and team spirit.

Responsibilities:

Candidates will assist with the organisation of the GIRP Autumn Meeting, workshops and other meetings. Their tasks will include researching, editing, and writing input for GIRP’s numerous publications and the compilation of PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and external conferences.

Abilities needed:

Candidates must be fluent in English and German. French is desirable, other languages are an asset. They should have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, a good experience in event organisation and an affinity for graphic design. Candidates will be enrolled in a university study programme for the entire duration of the traineeship.
